Going deeper and deeper relaxed, you safely journey into 'hypnosis', a trance state that is inherent in each of us.  Shamanic hypnotherapy gets to the root of the issue, allowing you to bring forth insights and awareness.  The holistic process is typically experienced as deeply relaxed and empowering.
