Specifically produced to activate, align, empower, and embody your deepest desires so that you can express a whole new level of clarity, acceptance, or purpose with fearless movement.

This is a nine week commitment to your body, mind, heart, spirit and Higher Intelligence, as well as to Ashalome.   Daily and weekly assignments, along with a weekly 30 minute Skype or phone call, make this a powerful time for meeting your truths.
